Shipping & Policies
By placing an order on this website, you are agreeing to the following policies.
We process and ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. During and right after a sale processing times may be 3-5 business days, but we will work as quickly as possible and to process your orders in a timely manner.
You will received an order confirmation email, an email with tracking when your order has shipped, and an email a month later asking for a review on your purchase.
We ship via Canada Post or Sendle, a courier. Orders over $100 or to a PO box will be shipped via Canada Post. Others maybe be sent via Sendle. Due to rising shipping costs (we currently only charge 60% to 70% of actual shipping costs to the customer), we will choose the most cost effective shipping method. If receiving courier shipments is an issue for you, please let us know.
Shipping within Ontario: $13.99 flat rate
Shipping to the rest of Canada: $16.99 flat rate
Because it cannot be tracked or insured, we do not offer lettermail rates at this time.
Each order includes $100 worth of insurance. Additional insurance will be an extra fee.
Tiered shipping to the USA will be calculated at checkout.
Local Pick Up/Shopping in Person
Local pick up for online orders is vailable at our warehouse located at 225 St Clair St, Chatham, Ontario. Please order online and wait for the email that your order is ready. Pick up hours are Wed-Fri 10am-3pm.

If you would like to add to your order that hasn’t shipped yet, there is an “Add to My Previous Order” option at checkout so you are not charged shipping twice.
If you would like to combine orders with a friend, please order everything on one invoice without requests for special cuts.
We offer bulk discounts on most fabrics, calculated automatically when the qualifying amount is added to cart. Flat rate shipping applies, however wholesale orders receiving greater than a 10% discount may be reassessed additional shipping charges. Bulk discounts are intended for a single buyer, not combined orders. We cannot guarantee a continuous cut on orders over 5 meters. Orders larger than 5 meters may be in more than one piece, or may include a flaw for which we give extra at the end.
We also offer full rolls (40-90 meters) at a greater discount. Please contact us for availability. Full rolls may incur additional shipping.
Please look over your fabric right away before you wash it to ensure there are no problems with your order. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss a solution to the issue. Cut fabric is not refundable except for our error, or previously unstated factory defect. Irregularities within an 2″ of the selvage edge, including small holes, are customary.
Colour Variation & Matching
We have done our very best to try to represent the colour as accurately as possible, but please remember that colours appear differently on each monitor or screen. We cannot be held responsible for colour variations due to different monitors or screens. If you have any questions about a colour, or would like to know if something matches, we are happy to help
Due to slight variation in dye lots, fabric from one roll may be slightly different than the next roll of the same colour. If the colour change is significant, we list it separately, such as “Olive 2”. Slight variation between dye lots is expected and will not be refunded.
