Tuesday Free Shipping

Every Tuesday in October, you can send one parcel for free anywhere within Canada. You can also create a label to ship to yourself from retailers who accept the free shipping labels. To take advantage of this deal, you need a Solutions for Small Business account with Canada Post. For the past several years, Canada Post offers their Solutions for Small Business account holders to ship one package for free each Tuesday in October. You don’t need to have a business to sign up.

Here’s how you can use your free shipping label with Water Tower Textiles:

• If you haven’t already, sign up for a Solutions for Small Business Account with Canada Post here.
• Place your order at Water Tower Textiles by 2:00 pm EST, Tuesday, OR by midnight EST each Tuesday, just create a label for the maximum amount and size (5kg, 29cmx29cmx29cm).
• At Water Tower Textiles checkout, choose the shipping option “I will send my Tuesday Free Shipping Label”.
• If you did not choose the maximum weight/size, as soon as we have cut and packaged your order, we will email you the weight and dimensions of your order (by 2:00pm that Tuesday at the latest).
• Use that info and Canada Post’s code for that day to create your shipping label online. Packages over 5 kg will be charged additional shipping, so a credit card is required when you create your label. 5kg = approx. 10-12 meters.
• You can use your own address as the return address, or Water Tower Textiles, 225 St Clair St, Chatham, ON N7L 3J4.
• Save your label as a PDF and email it to us at orderdesk@watertowertextiles.ca
• Receive happiness in the mail.

Available within Canada only. (This year you can also send one package to the US, but I’m not aware that Americans can sign up for this account to send something from Canada to themselves. I will update if I find out otherwise.)
